Description

In today’s fast-paced world, sleep disturbances and chronic stress have become common challenges affecting millions globally. Inso Med Trio Capsule is a botanical-based dietary supplement formulated to support relaxation and improve sleep quality through the synergistic effects of three well-established herbal ingredients: Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis), and Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis).

This natural combination offers a gentle yet effective alternative for those seeking relief from stress-related symptoms and mild insomnia without resorting to pharmaceutical interventions.

Active Ingredients

At the core of Inso Med Trio Capsule lies Passionflower, a plant long recognized for its anxiolytic and sedative properties. Traditionally used in herbal medicine, Passionflower has shown potential to modulate gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels in the brain, contributing to reduced neuronal excitability and a calming effect on the central nervous system. This makes it particularly useful for alleviating symptoms of nervousness and promoting a sense of tranquility.

Valerian Root, another principal component, is one of the most extensively studied natural remedies for sleep disorders. It is believed to exert its effect by increasing the availability of GABA in the synaptic cleft, thereby reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and improving overall sleep quality. Its gentle sedative action can also help ease mental tension, making it a valuable addition to the supplement.

Complementing these two ingredients is Lemon Balm, an herb known for its mood-stabilizing and mild sedative properties. Lemon Balm is often used to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, restlessness, and irritability. Studies suggest that it may interact with cholinergic receptors and modulate GABA-transaminase, amplifying its calming effect. Its inclusion in the Inso Med Trio Capsule provides emotional balance and enhances the overall sense of well-being.

Together, these three herbal components form a comprehensive formula designed to address the multi-faceted nature of stress and poor sleep. Unlike conventional sleep aids that may lead to dependency or next-day drowsiness, Inso Med Trio Capsule offers a natural solution with a favorable safety profile.

Uses

The primary indications for Inso Med Trio Capsule include:

  • Promotion of Relaxation: By calming the nervous system, the capsule helps relieve stress, anxiety, and tension.
  • Improvement in Sleep Quality: The synergistic blend aids in initiating and maintaining restful sleep.
  • Support for Emotional Well-being: It promotes a more balanced mood and reduces symptoms associated with mild depression and irritability.

These therapeutic benefits make the supplement suitable for individuals facing daily stressors, work-related fatigue, or occasional sleep disturbances. However, while the product is non-prescription, consultation with a healthcare provider is recommended prior to use.

Dosage

To experience the full magnificence of Inso Med Trio Capsule’s benefits, a daily intake of one capsule is the recommended dose. Adhering to this dosage ensures an enriching journey to serenity. While indulging in the calming embrace of this dietary supplement, it is essential to avoid exceeding the recommended daily dose.

As with any dietary supplement, seeking guidance from your doctor before incorporating Inso Med Trio Capsule into your routine is crucial—especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently on medication.

Inso Med Trio Side Effects

Although generally well-tolerated, some individuals may experience mild side effects related to the herbal components. Awareness of these possible reactions ensures responsible usage and early detection of any adverse responses.

Inso Med Trio Capsule Contraindications High Blood Pressure

The Inso Med Trio Capsule contains three main ingredients: Passiflora Incarnata, Valeriana Officinalis, and Melissa Officinalis. Here’s what each ingredient in relation to high blood pressure:

  1. Passiflora Incarnata (Passion Flower): It’s essential to use passion flower with caution if you have high blood pressure, particularly when taking medications such as enalapril (Vasotec), losartan (Cozaar), atenolol (Tenormin), amlodipine (Norvasc), or furosemide (Lasix). Passion flower has blood pressure-lowering effects, which may potentially lead to excessively low blood pressure when combined with antihypertensive medications1.
  2. Valeriana Officinalis (Valerian): Valerian should also be used with caution if you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or a heart condition2. It’s advisable to discuss its use with a healthcare professional, especially if you are taking medications for hypertension.
  3. Melissa Officinalis (Lemon Balm): Although no human studies have specifically addressed lemon balm’s impact on blood pressure, it’s crucial to exercise caution. One laboratory study suggested that elevated doses of Melissa officinalis may affect healthy cardiac function by slowing ventricular conductivity, possibly by interfering with sodium, potassium, or both3. For individuals with high blood pressure, it’s important to consult with a healthcare provider before using lemon balm.

I travelled to Turkey in May 2022 and had some anxiety on the flight.
Iso Med Trio was recommended by a local pharmacist in Kemer Turkey.
It worked a treat on a flight ad it made me relax and helped me to sleep whilst flying.
I have also used it to get a good nights sleep at home as I was getting a broken nights sleep. I now get a solid 8 hours sleep.

Why you can't look for symptoms on the Internet

If diagnoses could be made simply from a textbook or an article on a website, we would all be doctors and treat ourselves. Nothing can replace the experience and knowledge of specially trained people. As in any field, in medicine there are unscrupulous specialists, differences of opinion, inaccurate diagnoses and incorrect test results. According to Wikipedia, cyberchondria is a mental disorder consisting in the desire to independently make a diagnosis based on the symptoms of diseases described on Internet sites.
