Probiotic
Each dose contains 116 mg of live bacteria.

Recommended Daily Science Dose:
It is recommended to take 1 sachet daily on an empty stomach with a cold or warm liquid (can be dissolved in water, milk, fruit juice, etc.) as a food supplement.
