Estraderm TTS 100 is a transdermal patch that contains estradiol hemihydrate as its active ingredient. It is used for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to treat symptoms of estrogen deficiency in women after menopause. It can also be used to prevent osteoporosis (bone loss) in women at high risk for future fractures who cannot tolerate or use other medications for this purpose.
