Uropan Chloride is a muscarinic antagonist that is indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency. Precautions

It is also recommended to rotate the application sites to decrease the risk of skin reactions. And, if you apply Uropan Tablet to the stomach, avoid the area around the belly button.
Side Effects

You may also experience drowsiness, respiratory depression or troubles in breathing. Transient blurred vision, urticaria, constipation, xerostomia and anhydrosis are also rarely reported side effects.
